Once you have found an item, choose your size, colour and click on the ‘ADD TO CART button on the product page. How can I track my order?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat within 2-3 business days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on Maruti couriers.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Making a return or exchange is easy. If you are unhappy with your product or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@shiboridesigner.in as soon as possible. We can offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. Exchange orders and Final Sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Shibori Designer. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item/s, the refund will be initiated. Do you have a physical store?
Yes, our flagship stores are located in Satellite & Vastrapur, Ahmedabd, Gujarat as an extension of our studio. Customers in Ahmedabad are welcome to visit our studio/store in Satellite or Vastrapur from Monday-Saturday between 10am – 8pm. We welcome walk-ins or you can give us a call on 91-99048 65656 / email: contact@Shibori Designer.in to make an appointment to visit our store. What is an SHIBORI DESIGNER E-Gift Card?
An E-Gift Card purchased on our website is the INR (Indian Rupee) monetary equivalent of virtual funds that can only be used toward a purchase made on https://Shibori Designer.in. It’s the perfect gift for everyone on your list (as well as the simplest). It acts just like a debit card – you choose the amount you would like to give (Rs. 10,000 or less) and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise of their choice worth an equal or lesser value.
Will my E-Gift card ever expire?
E-gift cards are valid for 1year from the date of purchase.
Can I return my E-Gift card?
E-Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Ahmedabad using Maruti Courier, FedEx, and DHL.
